Debt Negotiation - Pre-Requisites
In order for us to help you negotiate your debt, we need the following:
- The names, contact information and amount of debt owed to each creditor; and
- An amount of money you have to work with to pay off these debts. You need to have some available money so we can negotiate down your debts. Creditors will be expecting payment if you expect them to take less money for the total amount owed.
- If you do not have any money to work with, you can speak to a professional to find out how to free up money. Another option is you may have to give up property ownership or title in exchange for an elimination or reduction of the debt.
