We have seen many parking lot injuries occur: some are from hazardous conditions, others are from lack of adequate security.
Unmarked speed bumps or holes in the ground, steep slopes for walking, uneven walkways or black ice created in the parking lot by the owner all just some examples of parking lot conditions that lead to injury. Mostly, landowners must make sure that their land is reasonably safe for its foreseeable uses by those who are expected or invited to the property.
