Many clients want to know, bottom line, what their case is worth. This is not an easy question to answer, particularly early on in the case.

Case valuations depend on a number of factors that make answer complicated. Here are some of the issues that come into play:

• Pre-existing Health Conditions
• Permanancy of Injuries
• How the Injuries have affected your life (duties under duress and loss of enjoyment)
• The force of the impact (if characterized as low impact)
