The law firm of Craig K. Perry & Associates is passionate about helping those who are injured through someone else's fault, and in defending consumers whose legal rights have been violated. Below are some answers to frequently asked questions.
01 What is your law firm's experience?
Our firm was formed in 2004. We have experience primarily in civil litigation, including personal injury and consumer protection. We have trial experience as well as experience with arbitrations, mediations, and we have settled thousands of cases. We are also involved in class action litigation.
02 What types of cases does your law firm currently handle?
We currently handle personal injury cases of all kinds. We are involved in class action litigation in the area of consumer protection, such as robocalls, some of which violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or "TCPA." We also handle other consumer protection cases, primarily violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act or FCRA. We also handle administrative hearings before the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
03 How does your firm charge for your services?
Personal injury cases are always handled on a contingency-fee basis. Attorney's fees for consumer law violations of the FDCPA and FCRA are paid for by the violator. Fees on TCPA cases are usually a percentage of the recovery, so that clients do not need to pay a retainer fee up front. Fee structures are subject to change.
04 Does the law firm offer free consultations?
Yes, we offer a free consultation for nearly all types of cases. Most initial consultations last between 15 to 30 minutes.
